I’m a Marine veteran, former Peloton coach, and lifestyle strategist with over 15 years of experience helping people rebuild their health through nutrition, structure, and sustainable habits. I mastered the body and built a successful career teaching live workouts—leading that focused hour with thousands of people. But I learned that real growth doesn’t happen in that curated, high-energy hour. Life—the real struggle and transformation—happens in the other 23 hours, where distractions, comfort, and old habits live.




I faced many of the challenges my clients deal with—from obesity as a teenager before the Marines, to emotional eating, smoking, drinking, toxic relationships, divorce, and caring for aging family members with dementia and cancer. Life is always happening, and so is learning and evolving.


My coaching is live, face-to-face over video, so we can meet those moments together—with presence, honesty, and strategy. We focus on the whole person: mindset, nutrition, habits, and daily choices that truly define lasting progress and wellbeing.
